• Return Policy

• Cancellation Policy:
  Should you need to cancel a workshop registration or require a refund, please be aware that we require advance notice of cancellations. Our typical workshop cancellation policy is:

  - Should you have to cancel, a full refund can be made if you notify us in writing 45 business days prior to the start of the Workshop or you may elect to have another representative from your company participate. It is your responsibility to notify the White Stallion Ranch of any change in your reservations.

  - Should you decide to transfer to another Workshop between 45 and 15 business days of the workshop, we can transfer you to another session within a 12-month period (based on space availability) for a $250 transfer fee. All transfers made within 14 business days before the start of the Workshop will require a $500 transfer fee.
